Boself is the Flemish word for Forest elf.
If you ever thought elves were nice and gentle, think again.   Boself likes stealth and stalking.   You can find him camping with his rifle or sneaking about with his smg, he also enjoys the more mano a mano style and won't ever hesitate to charge into his foes, even if he is only armed with a bolt action rifle, one grenade and his dagger!   But he is at his best on secluded maps, with his smg and loaded with ammo, capable of surviving deep behind enemy lines.
You will also notice he is allergic to the most trivial things.   He can't stand BAR's, silenced stens, delisles and contact nades, he also isn't very fond of SAS troopers wearing a helmet, unless it's a rifleman whose life more than once depends on a trustworthy helmet!   One thing he definitely isn't allergic to is teamplay, although you will find him more than once nagging about the lack of cover or the absence of a personal medic, he is always prepared to risk his life for the team effort!
Boself is Commander of the 43rd Fallschirm Jäger Regiment within the Division and is also Divisional Disciplinarian (hence the shoulder patch). More recently he was acknowledged for his role as a Master Tactician.
